A: You don’t necessarily need a game board to play, but it makes it easier when seeing what properties you need to collect to complete a full property set.
Q: How do I stick on the tokens?
A: Glue, sticky tape, staple.
Q: I’m collecting tokens, how do I know if I have a full set?
A: Please refer to the ‘Collect & Win’ panel of your game board or game card. All prizes and the corresponding tokens are illustrated in that panel.
Q: I have won a prize, what is the cut off date for registering my claim?
A: Collect & Win prizes must be registered on the hotline by calling 1300 721 123 by 12 noon on 14/02/10.
Instant Win Cash prizes can be redeemed for the prize specified on the Instant Win panel and must be redeemed by 12 noon on 14/02/10 by calling the promotional hotline on 1300 721 123 (excluding Music Download winners).
Q: I have won a prize. How much time must I allow for delivery?
A: We strive to send all prizes out as quickly as possible. We do ask however, that you allow 28 days for delivery.
